On March 24, 2021, the IIIF360 consortium (Biblissima, Campus Condorcet, TGIR Huma-Num) organized an online event dedicated to IIIF (International Image Interoperability Framework) standards and technologies.

The event was attended by nearly 200 people via videoconference. It included three presentation sessions, whose objective was to show the possibilities offered by IIIF protocols through different examples implemented by researchers and heritage institutions. The introductory presentation provided a synthesis of the current status and perspectives of IIIF and its community.

Christopher Kermorvant presented Arkindex platform and different use-cases of historical document processing with Machine Learning based on IIIF access to the images.

The presentation is available on Biblissima website.
